How it works
Step 1: Browse the website by collection, category or brand.
Step 2: Click the "Add to Quote" button to add the desired item to your Quotation Request (some items may have size and colour variants).
Step 3: Should you wish to add more items, continue shopping and add more items to your Quotation Request. Your request list can be accessed on the top right, click "View Quote" to view - here you can add / remove items or change the quantity.
Step 4: Once you have selected all the items you would like to be quoted on, submit the request form by completing the mandatory fields.
After you have submitted your request, you will receive a copy of your quote request via email. F.R.O.G. Supply Co. will then be in contact as soon as possible with a formal quotation. For any queries, please contact info@frogza.co.za / +27105410575.
Important notes to be aware of:
1. As we act as the intermediary between our suppliers and yourselves, our valued customers, we do not hold stock of many items and are therefore reliant on the refund, exchange, delivery, stock availability and lead time policies of each of our individual suppliers.
2. Online quote requests placed via the website should not be deemed to be accepted by F.R.O.G. Supply Co. without written confirmation from ourselves.
3. F.R.O.G. Supply Co. is not VAT registered, therefore all quotes and invoices are excluding VAT, quoted in Rands.
5. The delivery fees and times of orders are dependent on the supplier stock availability and lead times, the size and weight of each order as well as the delivery address of the end client. Delivery fees and times will therefore be confirmed after an order is placed. All pricing excludes delivery fees.
6. Certain items are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or minimum order value (MOV) by our suppliers.
7. Pricing displayed on our website is subject to change, final pricing will be confirmed on the formal quotation as received from F.R.O.G. Supply Co. via email.
