Shipping policy

F.R.O.G. Supply Co. are procurers of a wide range of quality goods and clothing carefully curated for the lodge and hospitality industry.  With our combined experience within various divisions of the industry, we have in depth knowledge of the needs and requirements of our specific client base.  As we are the intermediary between our suppliers and clients, we do not hold stock of any items and are therefore reliant on the refund, exchange, delivery, stock availability and lead time policies of each of our individual suppliers. 

Ordering process, payment terms and cancellations
Quote requests can be done online via our website or by emailing us direct at info@frogza.co.za, after which a formal quotation will be sent to the client for their approval.  Online quote requests placed via the website should not be deemed to be accepted by F.R.O.G. Supply Co. without written confirmation.
Quotations are valid for 7 days from receive date.  Once acceptance of a quotation is received by written e-mail, an invoice will be issued and payment of the full invoice amount is required within 3 days of receive date.  Once payment is successfully received, F.R.O.G. Supply Co. will proceed with the order and any cancellation or refund requests received thereafter will be subject to the policies of the suppliers.  Eligible cancelled orders will be refunded to the original account and any banking administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please supply us with invoicing details as per your requirements. F.R.O.G. Supply Co. does not offer any account facilities and all invoices must be paid in full in order to complete the purchase.

F.R.O.G. Supply Co. is not VAT registered, therefore all quotes and invoices are excluding VAT. 
Prices are quoted in Rands and payment must be made in Rands.  Quotations in other currencies can be supplied on request.

Order fulfilment
Should F.R.O.G. Supply Co. be unable to fulfil any orders due to supplier non-compliance or stock availability, the client will be contacted and offered a suitable alternative or an estimated timeline of stock replenishment.  F.R.O.G. Supply Co. cannot guarantee that the alternative product will be at the same price as the original item.  Should an alternative not be found and agreed upon, the client will receive a full refund to the original account.
Delivery times may vary for certain items and is subject to stock availability and manufacturing of certain items.  Should you require your order to be delivered by a certain date, please specify this date prior to accepting a quotation and we will in turn supply you with an estimated delivery date.
 
Delivery Fees
The delivery fees and times of items are dependent on the supplier stock availability and lead times, the size and weight of each order as well as the delivery address of the end client.  Delivery fee estimates will be included on the invoice once the quotation is accepted.  Any variances of R100 or more will be charged to the client or refunded.  Should an order be placed which is fulfilled by various suppliers, orders will be dispatched separately which can result in multiple delivery fees. F.R.O.G. Supply Co. will undertake to offer the most cost effective delivery options and that our clients receive orders timeously.  We strongly suggest that insurance is purchased on top of delivery fees as F.R.O.G. Supply Co will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during the delivery process.

Refunds and exchanges
Each of our suppliers has their own refund and exchange policies.  Kindly note that some items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.  These include, but are not limited to, items that are personalised, on sale, custom made or perishable.  F.R.O.G. Supply Co. will not be held liable for any refunds or exchanges that are not accepted by any of our suppliers, however will to the best of our ability negotiate the best possible agreement between the client and the supplier.  Should you wish to receive specific terms for your order, please contact us directly and we will provide you with the terms for each of the items on your order.   To be eligible for a return or exchange, our suppliers require that the original item must be in the same condition as received - unworn or unused, with original tags/labels, and in its original packaging.  Dependent on the nature of the refund or exchange, the customer may be held responsible for the courier costs involved.  All orders must be inspected when received and any issues must immediately be brought to the attention of F.R.O.G. Supply Co. in order for us to start the exchange or refund process with the supplier. 

Customising and branding
A variety of custom branding options such as embroidery, embossing, metal plates, laser cutting or engraving can be added to many of our available products at an additional charge. Speak to us about the best suited option.  Different branding options require specific file types of the client’s logo or branding.  Once a branding option is agreed upon, we will advise the client of the file type required.  A sample of the style, colour, size and placement will be sent for written approval prior to commencement of branding the requested items.

Minimum orders
Kindly note that certain items are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or minimum order value (MOV) by our suppliers.  Should your order be below the MOQ or MOV, we will advise you of this and assist you where possible to waiver the policy.  Prices below the required MOQ or MOV may be higher than the advertised price.
